Working on the 15th floor while parts of the hotel and rooftop were still under construction required flexibility, coordination, and a hands-on approach from day one.

Elefant managed the supply and installation of all loose FF&E for the terrace and restaurant, coordinating every step from procurement through delivery. This included purchasing and distributing COM fabrics across multiple manufacturers and selecting high-performance outdoor materials suitable for the rooftop environment.

The project also featured several bespoke solutions, including seven custom-made Glatz parasols designed to withstand high winds and ten bespoke outdoor tables produced using three different manufacturers.

Sustainability remained an important focus, with 90% of the existing furniture finding a second life through a local cultural association.

Delivered on time, within budget, and without additional costs, SíSí Rooftop was later awarded Best Terrace 2025 by Condé Nast Traveler.
