Working on the 15th floor while parts of the hotel and rooftop were still under construction required flexibility, coordination, and a hands-on approach from day one. Elefant managed the supply and installation of all loose FF&E for the terrace and restaurant, overseeing every detail from procurement through delivery.

Many of the furniture pieces featured COM fabrics, which we purchased directly and coordinated across multiple manufacturers for upholstery. We also selected high-performance outdoor fabrics and cushions capable of withstanding the rooftop pool environment while meeting The Social Hub’s design standards.

The project included several bespoke elements, including seven custom-made Glatz parasols engineered to fit the terrace layout and withstand high winds, as well as ten bespoke tables produced using components from three different manufacturers.

Sustainability was also a key focus, with 90% of the existing furniture finding a second life through a local cultural association.

Awarded Best Terrace 2025 by Condé Nast Traveler, SíSí Rooftop was delivered on time, within budget, and without additional costs.
