Bringing the design vision to life meant sourcing the right pieces from across Europe and beyond. For The Social Hub Rome, Elefant coordinated more than 150 styling items from over 60 suppliers across 12 countries, combining vintage finds, hard-to-source pieces, and carefully selected accessories.

Many of the specified items were essential to the design concept, including second-hand and out-of-stock pieces that required creative sourcing solutions. Some products could only be delivered within Italy, leading us to coordinate logistics through two separate warehouses to keep the project on track.

By successfully supplying more than 95% of the originally specified items, Elefant ensured the design intent remained intact while providing a hassle-free procurement process for the client and design team.

All styling items were delivered and installed in a single day, transforming the lobby into a welcoming and fully realized hospitality space.
