Bringing a rooftop hospitality destination to life is never without its challenges. For SíSí Rooftop Glasgow, Elefant managed the procurement, supply, and installation of all loose FF&E, working to tight deadlines while adapting to an active construction site.

The project required careful coordination across complex EU–UK logistics, compliance with strict fire regulations, and seamless communication between multiple stakeholders to keep the project moving forward.

Working closely with leading furniture brands, we helped create a bold and characterful rooftop environment that reflects the vibrant personality of the venue. Despite the logistical complexity, all loose FF&E was delivered and installed on schedule, ensuring the space was ready to welcome its first guests.

And while navigating customs procedures and construction challenges was no small task, learning to understand the Scottish accent may well have been the greatest challenge of all.
